Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellation by TechComputer Amroha

We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course:

• You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• You will be notified by email or phone, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Student Cancellation

Students may cancel their enrollment for a course by notifying TechComputer Amroha in writing at zoit2018@gmail.com. The following conditions apply:

• Refund requests will be processed based on the timing of cancellation.
• If the cancellation is made before the course start date, a full refund minus a small administrative fee of ₹500 will be issued.
• If the cancellation is made after the course has started, no refund will be issued.
• Special cases (such as duplicate payments) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the student must notify us within 7 days for a resolution.

3. No Refund Policy

Once the student gains access to course materials or attends the first session, no refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the student chooses to drop out after the course has begun.
• If the student requests a refund after accessing the course content or materials.

4. Refund Process

For eligible refunds:
